This is a rather cool initiative that is currently happening in the UK that might benefit readers from all over the world. Martha Lane Fox, the UK’s digital champion talks about why this was set up here:

I thought this may be particularly interesting to reader in Australia who are currently dealing with the on set of the “Digital Education Revolution” themselves. It serves as a curious reminder that people all over the world are considering the same issues. It also makes me wonder why, if this is a global debate / issue about the internet we’re not discussing it as a more global community?

How are your schools dealing with this same phenomena? Does America / Australia have a similar programme that we can tap into? Should it? Either way Pass it On is, in my opinion, a great opportunity and some of the ideas on it seem to apply to everyone 🙂
